Drumming Circles

If you have never had a Drum healing session before this is a great way to start.

Drumming is a powerful & quick way to get out of your head and into your body.

The sound of the Drum allows us to go into a deep state where we can really connect & feel the vibrations of the beat of the drum.

Not only are you receiving healing through the sound waves of the drum, my dear Drum named Otis has also been Reiki infused, so you will reap the benefits of both healing modalities

For this Circle you will be seated (so you don’t fall asleep) & a cup of herbal tea. We will start with taking you on a drum Journey to connect with your spirit guides/animals so they can guide you with what you need to know or by the intention you set at the start.

We will then lead onto positive affirmation drumming that we will choose after your journey.

Sit back and allow these affirmations to be drummed into every cell of your body allowing your mind to reprogrammed, cleansed & uplifted.

We end the session with a discussion about our journeys if you wish to share & close with an Angel Card pull.

Reiki Drumming connects our heartbeat to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
